We are glad to inform you that Janseva Sahakari Bank Limited ,Hadapsar, Pune is celebrating Golden Jubilee year from 24th October 2021.

 

Janaseva Sahakari Bank Limited, Hadapsar, Pune was established on 24.10.1972 with initial contribution by few shareholders mainly residing at Hadapsar, Pune.

 

Today the bank has crossed mix business of more than Rs.3000 crores by adopting the values and principle of co-operative system with the right decisions and helping the common man to prosper in their life within the framework of banking rules and regulations in the country.

 

We proudly call ourselves as " Janasamanyanchi Asamanya Bank" means an Uncommon Bank of Common People". The bank renders the banking services with Innovative technology to its more than 41000 shareholders and more than 200000 satisfied customers via 30 branches in Maharashtra.

 

On the eve of each foundation day / anniversary since last 22 years, bank is celebrating anniversary with the intention to owe the debts of social organizations, who are struggling by various aspects but aimed at 'service' to man as service to 'god'.

 

Bank has launched new housing loan scheme @ 7 percent and 4 wheeler vehicle loans upto Rs.25 lakh @ 7.50 % without guarantor on the eve of festival season 2021 prior to celebrating golden jubilee year of the bank.

 

Being responsible aspect of the society to protect environment,bank has launched Ebike loan scheme with 8% and also regular two wheeler loan at 8.50% percent which is the lowest rate of interest in the banking history.

 

Bank is also planning to convey Personality Development Training Program during Golden JubileeYear for our staff members.

 

We feel proud that we might be pioneer in Non- scheduled cooperative banks in Pune District to launch Housing Loan scheme up to Rs. 70 Lakh for the people who are staying in 23 rural places which have been included in PMC jurisdiction recently.

 

Bank is offering Innovative Technology services to customers like ATM, POS e-com, Mobile banking,Internet banking view mode etc.

 

In addition to existing 25 ATMs at 23 locations/ branches, 26th Onsite ATM is operational /functional since 22nd October 2021 at Market yard branch of the bank

By availing Internet banking facility, customer will be able to generate statement of account for any 6 months of last 5 years and can avail the facility of checkbook request, stop payment of cheque and cheque book request from anywhere in the country.

 

During Covid 19 Pandemic and various occassions, Janaseva Karmachari Kalyan Sanghatna, Hadapsar and bank had organized blood donation camp at Hadapsar and Market Yard branch.

 

Also bank had donated Sanitizer and PPE kits to cater the basic needs of the needy and economically challenged people who are staying in the slum areas of various branch locations of the bank.

 

Our Hon. Prime Minister Narendra Modiji always says that “Our every action must reflect “Nation first, Always First”.So bank had contributed Rupees 5 Lakhs to “ PrimeMinisters National Relief Fund “ and Rupees 3 Lakhs to Chief Minister ReliefFund for establishing medical infrastructure development facilities in the state of Maharashtra considering Covid19 impact.

 

Also bank had donated Rs.5.50 lakh to Janakalyan Samiti which is one of the social organization of RSS for Covid19 pandemic.

 

Our Bank has shifted its Head Office from 156,Gandhi Chowk, Hadapsar,Pune – 411 028 to Plot No.14,Hadapsar industrial Estate, Hadapsar, Pune – 411 013 on 15thMay 2019 in the awesome and spacious building which isconstructed with environment protected material.

 

We are aware that Hyderabad based Indian Green building Council implemented Green Building concept to protect the environment in the country.

 

Also, we feel proud to announce that our IGBC has offered Platinum Rating on 12thOctober 2021 for bank's own building which consists of Rain Water Harvesting facility, Contaminated Water Management Recycling ,2 Passenger lift,1 Car Lift, Multi-level Parking, E-Waste and Garbage Management,Pollution free plantation, Recycled Water Fountain,Motorized Mechanical Glass Door, Flap Barrier and Boom Barrier at the entrance of the building and Easy access to Physically challenged People.

 

All types of Power management i.e. MSEDCL Power, AC Generated Power, Solar Generated Power and UPS,Electricity production through Synchronization Panel Project which is not only with intention to reduce the electricity expenses of the bank but also helpful to generate electricity and which is integrated to MSEDCL on daily basis.

 

At basement, ample Two wheelers and Four Wheeler's electrical car charging stations at various locations.

 

Head office building is also having all types of security features like Fire Fighting System, Smoke, Water and Roodent and Centralized PA system and fully equipped Auditorium with fully equipped Building Management System and Visitor Management System.

 

Lightning arrestor System is also in tune in the building and it is great honor for us to state that more than 10 times lightning has arrested during last 30 months to avoid mishaps at Industrial area.

 

As we have complied all the norms as per IGBC clauses, on 12th of October 2021 bank is honored with the platinum rating by IGBC of India situated at Hyderabad.

 

On the eve of 49th anniversary of the bank, we have awarded “ Janaseva Puraskar 2021 ” to Pune Rajgarh Parisar Samajonnati Nyas by the hands of Dr. Nitin Karmalkar, which is Social Organization working for economically challenged people in rural areas of Velhe Tahsil,Pune District.
